Using the guide

Filters, sorting and comparison choices are held in browser memory. Reloading a page clears them; they are not stored in a database, cookies or local storage. Fonts and images are served with the site; the pages do not load third-party booking widgets or review feeds.

Analytics and request logs

This version of the guide does not load third-party analytics or advertising pixels. The site is hosted on Cloudflare: serving a page involves technical request information such as an IP address, the requested page, browser information and the request time, which Cloudflare processes to deliver and protect the website under the Cloudflare privacy policy. For each page request we record the host, path, browser identification string, country, referring page, method and response status in an aggregated log that tells search and AI crawlers from people; it contains no name, email address or booking details.

Contact messages

A message sent through the contact form, or to desk@alhambraday.com, is delivered as an email to the editorial team through Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your name, email address and message to answer that enquiry; the form does not store messages in an application database. Please do not include passport details, payment information or booking references.

External providers

Following a link opens an external provider’s service, which has its own privacy practices. Viator booking links include partner attribution parameters that identify this guide. The official ticket office is a separate service.

Changes to this policy

If the guide introduces analytics, accounts or another feature that changes how information is handled, this page will describe that feature and any relevant choices before it is enabled. The date under the heading records the last editorial change.
