Our take
Our verdict on this option
Granada Turismo y Ocio’s English gardens-and-fortress option is a deliberate two-hour visit without the Nasrid Palaces. Generalife and Alcazaba admission is included, and the route also covers the Partal, medina and Charles V courtyard. We would choose it for those spaces themselves, especially when a shorter guided circuit suits the day. It is a shared tour for up to 30 people, with an audio system; it is not a small-group or mobility-focused alternative.
A good fit for
Visitors who specifically want the gardens, fortress and open-air palace-city spaces and accept that the Nasrid interiors are excluded.
Consider another option if
The Nasrid Palaces are your main reason for visiting, you want a group of 15 or fewer, or you need a stroller or an adapted walking route.
The missing palaces are a route decision
The description explicitly excludes Nasrid admission. The Partal and Charles V Palace still appear in the itinerary, so the word palace in a stop name must not be confused with entry to the Nasrid Palaces.
A two-hour visit can still involve substantial walking
The route spans the gardens, medina and fortress. The supplier does not recommend it for reduced mobility and does not allow strollers. Choose it for its duration and content, without assuming that the shorter time makes the route easier.
The group can reach thirty
An audio system is included, which is useful context for a group of this size. If fewer participants around the guide is a deciding factor, compare a smaller-group product instead of reading this as a small-group gardens tour.
What we would compare next
Granada Turismo y Ocio also offers an English Alhambra option with the Nasrid Palaces included. Compare its longer route and exact conditions if leaving out the palace interiors would disappoint you.
Play Granada offers another English route excluding the Nasrid Palaces. Compare the stated group arrangement, duration and meeting instructions for the same garden-focused intention.
The detail that makes a difference
There is no entry to the Nasrid Palaces, and the shared group can reach 30 people.
