What to do if you are running late

You have not reached the complex

You are inside but not at the palaces

Your appointment has passed

Ask staff what your ticket still permits. Do not buy an unrelated service expecting it to recover the missed slot.

For Alhambra General, the ticket page distinguishes the timed palace entry from the other included areas, which can be visited during opening hours. If you miss the palaces, check with staff which remaining areas your admission still permits. A guided group can also have arrangements that you need to resolve with its operator.
